The hotel is lovely and small, which I appreciated. the compact apartment I stayed in had everything I needed, including a microwave, electric kettle, and fridges. - the staff members were exceptionally nice, which made my stay comfortable.

Clean and modern hotel with perfect view to marina. New-fashioned and compact room, large bathroom. The staff was courteous, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Loved this place, it was modern. The overall atmosphere was elegant, nevertheless some staff members were not particularly friendly.

This hotel has a classy vibe and is conveniently located in the heart of the town, making it easy to reach popular attractions; we also enjoyed a meal at a nearby restaurant called La Cantina.

it was really good time in ponta delgada. the location was excellent and amazing, just a pleasant stroll away from church of mae de deus. this hotel was in a great area adjacent to the marina/sea front, central ponta delgada, the harbour and ferry terminal, shops and lots of restaurants and popular tourist attractions, and shops and restaurants. we were offered a great service.

Repeption / room allocation very poor. I booked 4 identical rooms. One of them tiny. They were totally uncompensating. . . Parking situation is terrible.

The room had a comfortable bed and a modern feel, plus the location is convenient with nearby parking.

The walls of the room were very bright, so that we could listen to the conversations from the neighbouring room. The search for a parking place in the surrounding area turned out to be a little difficult.

Our room was relatively small and narrow, but it was clean. The view was into the backyard. The only annoying thing was the buzzing minibar right next to the bed. It would be nice if the minibar was in another place. There were no parking spaces, but the city parking was right outside the door. (about 8€ for over 12 hours). The breakfast was very tasty, which included some sausage and cheese, but there were many varieties of pancakes and fresh fruit. All in all, it cost the money we paid.

Wonderful hotel with a great location close to everything. the room was reasonably large and compact with magnificent views of the marina. - the beds were comfy. - the staff was absolutely courteous.

We thought that we had booked an apartment as we planned to self-cater, but were given a hotel room. We decided not to fuss about this and accepted the arrangement. The upstairs room was pleasant, spacious and clean with windows into a courtyard. The location couldn't be better - across from the marina and next to a supermarket, restaurants, pavement cafes and services. The breakfast room has a pleasant courtyard outlook- a plentiful variety of foods but not-so-good coffee.

Nice, large airconditioned apt with kitchenette. Good towels, bathroom and matress. Two desks and flat screen tv with CNN and BBC World.

Limited utensils and pans in kitchenette, but upon asking hotel provided both corkscrew and frying pan for my use. Cable internet in room seems limited in connectivity to the web, but downstairs free wifi is excellent. Breakfast is standard portuguese, which is a bit modest for European standards. Back of the hotel looks out over abandoned area with ruins of houses, but it is quiet and no traffic noise (as in front).

This place has a perfect location for exploring the city as it's right next to many tourist attractions and the seafront in the area.

spacious clean and quite even though it is right in the promenade with traffic. Good view from the balkony facing the sea. Very good value easy for public transports as we were on a walking holiday.

The hobb in the apartment kitchen was not working when we arrived. However next day was promptly fixed.
